Robert J. "Skip" Weiler, Jr. is the third generation President of The Robert Weiler Company. Since 1985, he has specialized in the brokerage and development of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. He has served as President of the Columbus Board of Realtors and has received numerous awards including Broker of the Year, and he was the youngest person to ever receive the $25 Million Sales Award. He has also served as President of the CI Committee, been on the Board of Trustees, chaired numerous committees, and is a Counselor of Real Estate. In addition to teaching commercial real estate courses, Skip has obtained the Certified Real Estate designation. Active in professional and community organizations, Skip is a past president of the Columbus Board of Realtors. He presided two terms as President of the largest Big Brothers, Big Sisters chapter in the world. He has also served as President of the Suburban East YMCA, the Columbus/Franklin County Joint Housing Commission, the Community Housing Resource Board, and the City of Columbus Land Banks Committee

Stephen A. Tucker specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial, office, and industrial properties. Steve graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Urban Geography. Prior to working for The Robert Weiler Company, Steve was employed at the Columbus Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. While at the Columbus Board of Realtors, Steve was instrumental in adding over $100 million dollars worth of commercial real estate to the MLS database. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, and the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors as well as being an associate member of the Urban Land Institute.

Paul J. Kunzen specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial office, industrial, and retail properties. Paul graduated from John Carroll University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Degree in Marketing. Prior to working in the real estate field, Paul worked as an industrial sales representative for various manufacturing companies in the Midwest and invested in the Central Ohio real estate market. Paul has been able to assist owners in determining the direction of leasing or purchasing in the marketplace. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Columbus board of Realtors. Active in the community, Paul has been a volunteer tutor at the Salesian Center and an assistant high school basketball coach. Additionally, Paul is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Andy has over 13 years of experience in the development of real estate industries. During his career, Andy has performed services for clients ranging from tenant representation to space planning and design as well as the leasing and sales of office and commercial properties. He provides consulting services to clients including investment feasibility and strategic portfolio analysis.
Andy graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Art History and a minor in Mathematics.
Andy is a member of other real estate related organizations including Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, ARC (Association of I-270 Corridor Realtors), and DOGS (Downtown Office Group Specialists). Andy is also active in the community as a member of the Upper Arlington Rotary

Todd E. Schiff is a real estate agent specializing in the sale of high-end residential real estate as well as the sales and leasing of commercial office and retail properties. Todd graduated from Franklin University where he majored in Marketing and Business Administration. He was named President of the Collegiate Chapter of the American Marketing Association as well as the Student Liaison to the National Advertising Competition in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining The Robert Weiler Company, Todd was a senior sales consultant for the Showcase Homes division of M/I Homes. He was also awarded the "Rookie of the Year" Honor in 1999 by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. Prior to working with Showcase Homes, Todd spent 15 years as a financial planner specializing in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and sits on the Board of Directors of the School Age Notes Foundation. Todd also acts as a consultant to School Age Notes which is an organization that provides resources to before-school and after-school care programs throughout the United States and Canada.

Anna graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Societal Issues. Anna was employed by a local residential property management company as a Property Manager handling multiple properties and has followed local commercial trends for years. Anna is continuing her education by attending real estate seminars and classes. Involved in the community, Anna was a member of The Ohio State Women’s Soccer program and is still involved with alumni events and annual camps. She also helps to coach Worthington Kilbourne High School women's soccer team.

Amanda Jordan graduated from The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor’s degree with a major in English and a focus area in English Language Studies. She joined The Robert Weiler Company in 2006 and she is the assistant to the president of the company, Robert J. “Skip” Weiler, Jr. She provides Skip with sales, leasing, and administrative assistance. She also acts as the company’s marketing and advertising assistant. Amanda is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Ohio as well.

Andre’ D. Dowdy specializes in multi-family property sales and has conducted appraisals of various types of commercial and residential properties for over twelve years. His real estate valuation experience includes eminent domain work, commercial and office buildings, single and multi-family residential properties, potential development land, special purpose properties, and probate estate valuations.
Prior to joining The Robert Weiler Company in May of 2007, Andre’ owned his own appraisal firm for eight years. Andre’ graduated from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio with a degree in Business Management/Marketing. As a state certified appraiser, he is a member of the Appraisal Institute, The National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Columbus Board of Realtors.
Involved in the community, Andre’ serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbus Compact Corporation
