Brittany Ullum was born into real estate and has developed her own personal interest in real estate since 2012. A graduate from Ohio Northern University and a native of Ohio, Brittany’s first job out of college was with The Robert Weiler Company under the tutelage of her father, the former President of our Appraisal Division. She left for a period to work under her father’s new business entity but has since returned to The Robert Weiler Company in 2022 where she was welcomed back with open arms.
Areas of eminent domain are Brittany’s commercial real estate valuation specialty with additional experience in other areas of commercial appraisal including vacant land tracts, multi-family properties, large estates, subdivision analyses, hotels and motels, as well as special use properties and general commercial properties. She is currently enrolled with the Appraisal Institute to continue her education as a Registered Appraisal Assistant and pursue her certification in the future.
When Brittany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys doing outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, Ohio Northern Alumni activities, and attending her kids’ sporting events and playdates.
