Originally from the great state of New Jersey, Gina brings to The Robert Weiler Company over a decade of commercial real estate experience. Gina has been a critical part of commercial real estate teams at three private firms in the NYC Metro Area providing administrative and operational support. She has significant experience researching requirements for zoning and site plan applications as well as public art initiatives required for large-scale development projects.

Her primary role within The Robert Weiler Company includes client relations, business development, operations, team management, and project management support for the appraisal department. Gina has also provided basic appraisal education to such groups as the Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (REIAGC) and the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) in addition to writing articles about appraisal for the company blog and such news outlets as Columbus Business First. In 2023, she achieved her Registered Appraisal Assistant license and is actively working toward certification as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Gina is passionate and proficient in the areas of entrepreneurship and online marketing. She has served on past leadership for organizations that support the arts and women in business. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and supporting local charities. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Music from the esteemed Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ and a Masters Degree in Performing Arts Administration from NYU.
