Melissa Speert has specialized in real estate appraisal since 1999. As a Certified General Appraiser for the State of Ohio, her real estate valuation experience includes a wide variety of commercial, industrial, office, single-family, multi-family, development land, and special-purpose properties throughout the Columbus metropolitan area and the state of Ohio.

In addition, Melissa specializes in eminent domain appraisal services for both the public and private sectors. She has completed numerous appraisal courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and is continuing her education by attending real estate seminars and workshops. She is on the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) approved appraisers list as well as with multiple banks within the State of Ohio.

In addition, Melissa is active in her community as the head coach for a local cheerleading organization, as a volunteer for United Way’s Community Care Day and Realtor Care Day, and as a tutor for Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
