Antoine Matthews is a Senior Commercial Sales and Development professional with The Robert Weiler Company. In this capacity, Antoine provides investment sales services to multifamily clients and works with Developers to assemble land for ground-up multifamily and retail projects. Antoine has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years and earned the highly coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 2009.

Before joining The Robert Weiler Company, Antoine was a member of CBRE’s Multifamily Capital Markets office in Columbus. During his time at CBRE, Antoine closed over $700 million in retail and multifamily transactions and advised clients on more than $1 billion worth of assignments.

Antoine began his sales career with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in selling retail shopping centers and net-leased properties throughout the Midwest. He sold more than $200 million of investment real estate during his tenure.

Antoine brings prior experience working with the Columbus-based Continental Real Estate Companies, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of more than one million square feet of retail properties throughout the Midwest. In addition to his leasing role, Antoine represented national retail and restaurant users such as Noodles & Company, Jersey Mikes, Ace Hardware, and others in their site selection.
