Julie Cohen graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Minor in Communication. During college, she began working as a leasing agent at The Highline at Nine on N. High Street. Within that experience, she familiarized herself with lease contracts and terms, as well as building relationships with prospective tenants to increase and retain sales volume.

After college, she began working as an office manager for a home maintenance company in Central Ohio. She managed multiple accounts to work on impressive commercial properties such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Restoration Hardware, Medline warehouses, and more. She gained immense knowledge of both exterior and interior maintenance while coordinating contractors and overseeing various projects.

Before working with The Robert Weiler Company, Julie was in the medical sales industry working with Autonomous UV Disinfection Robots and Interventional Spine Products. She assisted in a multitude of minimally invasive spinal surgeries, forming close relationships with neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital staff. During her time with Stryker, she mastered competitive edge and complex product knowledge to drive results.

Julie is a motivated young professional with an aptitude for negotiation and closing deals. She is a collaborative communicator skilled in cultivating and maintaining relationships that spark both loyalty and confidence. She goes to extraordinary lengths to achieve optimal results for her clients. Throughout her extensive background in various roles and fields; Julie is confident, equipped, and ready to take on the commercial real estate industry. In her free time, Julie enjoys hitting the tennis courts, playing violin, reading, spending time with family and friends, and hiking for a good sunset.
