What expertise do you bring to RWC?

I’ve specialized in both commercial and residential real estate and property management since 1999.  At RWC, I head up the Property Management arm of the company which means I’m directly responsible for management and operations of numerous commercial and residential properties associated with both The Robert Weiler Company and Third-Party Clients.  My original intention was to go into hotel management as I finished my degree in Business Administration and Hospitality, but I relocated to Columbus in 2004 and expanded into property management which has a lot of overlap in the skill required to be successful. I’ve had experience ranging from new construction design, commercial sales and leasing, budget creation, rehabilitation projects, construction supervision and new build residential lease-ups.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

The Cancer Support Community of Central Ohio is a charity very near and dear to me in which I volunteer regularly, and I am also an active member of several real estate associations and commissions. In my free time. I also enjoy both interior and exterior design and flipping houses. Apparently, I can’t get enough real estate in my life that I have to do it as a hobby too!

What do you love about Columbus?

I love the diversity and inclusion of Columbus and the idea that there is always something to do 7 days a week.  The festivals, local markets, theatres and performing arts are where you can catch me if I’m not working.
