Daniel R. Allman, CPA, CCIFP

Chief Financial Officer/Office Manager

What expertise do you bring to RWC?

My entire career has been in accounting and on the financial side of business. Just prior to joining RWC, I worked for a top 100 public accounting firm providing tax, auditing, and financial reporting services to clients in the construction industry across Ohio. I had graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting which prepared me for all the jobs I’ve had over the years and I pick up skills along the way to continue growing in the profession. I get to wear several hats in our office as both the CFO and office manager, so my days are a combination of overseeing daily financial operations, managing investments, and handling bank financing needs but also overseeing RWC’s human resources and managing daily office activity.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time I like to play darts and do woodwork. I’ve made a bunch of hand-crafted pens that I’m really proud of. I also spend time with family and volunteer with the Grove City High School Marching Band where my sons go to school.

What do you love about Columbus?

I really enjoy Columbus, Ohio because it offers the best of both worlds—it’s a big city with a welcoming, small-town feel. Whether you’re into sports, arts, or music, there’s something for everyone. The city’s vibrant culture, diverse events, and friendly atmosphere make it a place where you can always find something exciting to do while still feeling at home. It’s a city that blends the energy of urban life with the warmth of a close-knit community, and it’s also a fantastic place to raise a family with its excellent schools, parks, and family-friendly activities.
