Former Cincinnati Bengal Mike Doss Makes a Big Play With The Robert Weiler Company

When you spend your whole life on the football field, it is hard to imagine yourself in an entirely different career. For Mike Doss, after he retired from the NFL, his future path was unclear. What role would be the best fit for his skill set? Mike decided that a job in sales was his best option; then Bob and Skip Weiler came along.

Mike met Bob and Skip in the Fall of 2019, and there was an immediate mutual interest. Mike was eager and ready for his next big move while studying for his master’s degree at The Ohio State University’s Business of Operational Excellence program. And, his sights were set on his next venture: real estate.

Bob and Skip appreciated Mike’s enthusiasm and took him under their wing, assisting with his real estate license and grooming him for a spot within The Robert Weiler Company. Bob was incredibly confident in Mike’s capabilities, knowing he would thrive in the world of commercial real estate because of his sales background and passion.

Today, Mike Doss has established himself within The Robert Weiler Company, understanding the Central Ohio marketplace and his client’s needs. Not only does his character shine, but so does his family-oriented nature, which is a big part of The Robert Weiler Company culture.

As a family-run business, employees become family, too.
