The Robert Weiler Company Helps IGS Energy Secure New Space

Thanks to our brokerage team at The Robert Weiler Company, IGS Energy will house 40 new call center workers at CityGate Business Park in northeast Columbus. IGS Energy, one of the largest independent natural gas suppliers in the United States serving both commercial and residential clients, has seen significant growth in the last few years.

Now the company seeks to increase its workforce outside of the 400+ employees at their Dublin headquarters. According to Jenni Kovach, Vice President of Employee and Customer Engagement at IGS Energy, the 6,365 square foot, first-floor space at 3443 Agler Road offers a more central location where they can continue to increase its staff from a larger workforce pool across the Columbus region. The location will also serve as a backup to their existing office in Dublin.

IGS Energy will share the building with second-floor tenants and owners, Homeport, a nonprofit organization that builds affordable homes for sale and rent.
