What expertise do you bring to RWC?

I’ve been in real estate appraisal since 1999 and there’s not much that I haven’t seen or appraised! We’re lucky to focus on really interesting cases in the property tax and eminent domain worlds so I get to complete work on properties in all domains of the industry that regular bank work doesn’t always touch. I love being a partner with our clients – we work to maintain great relationships with our clients both in the private and public sectors and many have become friends along the way. My husband is a real estate sales agent, and we own some of our own investment properties, so I have a multi-faceted understanding of commercial real estate that never stops being boring to me.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I’m a die-hard Buckeye fan so I love heading to games or watching at home. Family is important to me, and I spend as much quality time with my three kids, husband, and extended family whenever I can. We love going down to Florida to unwind and occasionally I like hitting Hollywood casino with friends for a fun night out. 

What do you love about Columbus?

I love Columbus because it offers the love and support of a small town with the vibrance and experiences of a big town. This city made all my dreams come true.
